Why are we called Dumpster Divas?

Dumpster diving is a trend in the town we live in. It is well known that the grocery stores have to throw away heaps of perfectly fine food due to expiry-dates and such. So in Voss they do still throw lots of food, but a lot of it is also picked from the dumpster, cooked and served on a numerous of dinnertables around. We hate the fact that so much food is wasted, and hope to see a change towards a better law that allows the stores to give away the food to people in need of it. In the meantime we go dumpsterdiving and hope for the ones in charge to get their eyes open and change the law.
